FurMed ("the App") is developed by Lamian Studio ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
FurMed does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data. Everything you enter in the App — pets, medications, vaccines, vet visits, and photos — is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, synced only through your own private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. We do not operate any servers that receive your data, and we do not have the ability to view it.
FurMed does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personal information. We do not use cookies or advertising identifiers.
If you are signed in to iCloud, FurMed uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data (pet profiles, medication schedules, dose logs, vaccine records, vet visits, and photos) across your own devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud database, which only you can access through your Apple ID. Lamian Studio has no access to this data. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
If you choose to add a photo of your pet, the App uses Apple's system photo picker, which only shares the specific photo you select — FurMed never gains access to your full photo library.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party, advertiser, or data broker, because we never receive your data in the first place.
Since all data lives on your device and in your own iCloud account, you can delete it at any time by deleting the relevant records within the App, deleting the App (which removes local data), or managing/deleting your iCloud data through your device's Settings.
FurMed is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
